The World
Kingdom by kingdom, the lights went out.
They burned the villages and turned the temples into tombs. The few who lived were never chosen or blessed: judges and priests, hunters and gravediggers, and some who once served darker trades. War took the little they had left. What remains is the will to fight.

The Warband
Sellswords, hexers and plague doctors who outlived their homes. Bind two of a kind and they rise as one, deadlier than both.
The Stronghold
Walls, towers, barracks, wards and summoning circles. Stone holds where flesh breaks.
The Heroes
Living legends. Up to four march with you into each Descent, and those who fall stay fallen until they are raised again.
The Descent
Each Descent is a new road through the ruins: battles, champions of the Shadows, merchants, strange encounters, and a boss at the end. Break it, and you go deeper.
Six Elements
Fire, water, earth, nature, light and dark. Every warrior and every wall belongs to one, and every enemy fears one.
Relics
Old powers pried from the ruins. Carry the right ones, and the battle bends to your will.
